The Miramichi CARE and SHARE team is holding its second all women Wellness Day
June 15 th, 2019
10 am to 3 pm,
Riverside Entertainment Center in Douglastown.
This year, the CARE and SHARE Team has planned a special Wellness Day for all the women of the greater Miramichi Area with the goal of promoting awareness of importance of Self-Care and Peer Support.
In 2017, the CARE and SHARE Team launched a unique FREE Weekly Fitness and Support Program designed for women living the cancer experience.
Evidence shows that fitness activities improve wellness and cancer survival.
Looking after your self from the inside is an important part of living a happy and healthy life.
