DESCRIPTION:The Miramichi CARE and SHARE team is holding its second all women Wellness Day \nJune 15 th\, 2019 \n10 am to 3 pm\, \nRiverside Entertainment Center in Douglastown. \nThis year\, the CARE and SHARE Team has planned a special Wellness Day for all the women of the greater Miramichi Area with the goal of promoting awareness of importance of Self-Care and Peer Support. \nIn 2017\, the CARE and SHARE Team launched a unique FREE Weekly Fitness and Support Program designed for women living the cancer experience. \nEvidence shows that fitness activities improve wellness and cancer survival. \nLooking after your self from the inside is an important part of living a happy and healthy life. \nFor more Information\, please contact : Claire LeBlanc 506-724-2813 claireleblanc15@gmail.com \n
