There will be a benefit breakfast at the Chatham Head Recreation and Community Center on Saturday, November 3, with proceeds to assist Cecile and Eugene McGraw, as Cecile is currently undergoing medical treatments. We will be serving pancakes, sausages, bologna, and baked beans with tea, coffee or juice for $7 per person ($8 for take-outs). Take-out orders may be placed by calling 622-1865.

The Seamen's Hospital (Miramichi Heritage Inc.) will be hosting a Christmas Craft Sale at the newly renovated Seamen's Hospital on Saturday, November 3, 2018 from 9:30 am to 3 pm. There will be many splendid craft items to interest you. Pop in for some early Christmas shopping and wonderful inspirations. Refreshments available. Registration for Christmas Hampers for the Chatham area which includes Harper Road to Loggieville, Black River, Napan, and St. Margarets is scheduled for Monday, November 5th from 10am to 2pm. Tuesday, November 6th from 10am to 2pm and Monday, November 12th from 10am to 12pm. Registration takes place at St. Mary's Anglican Church, 207 Wellington Street. Please bring your Social Services card, Medicare card, and proof of income.
