Miramichi Regional Music Festival Registration DEADLINE

Where: Miramichi

The Miramichi Regional Music Festival will take place on April 18th-25th, 2017 for students and schools in Miramichi.

The deadline for entering is February 8, 2016.

Competition will be offered at various levels from beginner to advanced, in the following disciplines: Voice, Piano, Strings, Guitar, Woodwind, Brass, Percussion, Chamber Ensemble, Musical Theatre, Speech Arts, Choral, Band, Orchestra and Dance. Each performance will be adjudicated and receive instruction from a specialist in the discipline. Awards and prizes will be offered.
Local schools are encouraged to participate in the non-competitive classroom singing, choral speech, rhythm band, and dance classes. Also offered are classes for school, church and community choirs and bands with a choice of competitive or non-competitive participation.
