JMH Enduring Tommie Award The JMH Enduring Tommie Award is a medallion designed by JMH students to recognize a member of the graduating class who best represents the unyielding Tommie spirit. The criteria and selection process were also designed by JMH students. The Enduring Tommie Award is awarded each year at Graduation to one student from the graduating class who: · is accepting of everyone, · is friendly to all, · possesses a positive attitude, · is open minded, · is popular in the sense that they are well regarded by everyone, · possesses strong leadership skills, · has marks that demonstrate they have worked to the best of their ability, · has a history of involvement in one or more school activities, · is involved in the community in some way, and · has been a student at JMH for all four years of high school. The Selection Committee will consist of teachers who will determine the recipient of the Enduring Tommie Award from the pool of anonymous nominees. The nomination application for this award is available on the JMH website and JMH Facebook page. The deadline is Friday, May 31st to be considered. Get involved and nominate a worthy candidate!
