12th annual Purse Auction fundraiser
After a year’s hiatus, the Rotary Club of Miramichi is pleased to announce that it is hosting its 12th annual Purse Auction fundraiser on Friday, Nov. 7, at Tyra’s Infinity Centre (1 Marina Dr.). The doors open at 6 p.m., with the event getting underway at 7 p.m. The theme of this year’s purse auction is “Carry Kindness: A Touch of Literacy and Style.” Proceeds from the event will support Rotary literacy initiatives in the Miramichi area and beyond. The Knights of Columbus Council 8381, in Nelson, will be holding their monthly funding raising breakfast on Sunday, 30 November, 2025 from 8:00AM to 1:00PM in the Seniors Hall located at 26 Sutton Road.
