Fundraiser for Miramichi Suicide Prevention Committee

The Pound is having a FUNDRAISER this SATURDAY JUNE 2nd at 10 AM to help the Miramichi Community Suicide Prevention Committee RAISE MONEY to bring Suicide advocate and motivational speaker Kevin Hines to Miramichi on October 25th. The POUND gym is hosting a fundraiser for the Miramichi Suicide Prevention Committee. We will all do "Murph", 1 mile run, 300 squats, 200 push ups, 100 pull ups and 1 mile run...so come on over, WOD with us, donate and have some…

Youth Celebration of Fish NB Days

NB Fish Days on the Miramichi! June 2nd Kids aged 14 and under and their families are welcome to this youth-centered event. Fishing will take place at Wilson’s Point (behind the Enclosure campground) from 10AM-2PM. There will be a free BBQ and beverages served for all those registered.
