The Miramichi CARE and SHARE team is holding its second women Wellness Day on June 15 th, 2019 from 10 am to 3 pm, Riverside Entertainment Center in Douglastown.
This year, the CARE and SHARE Team has planned a special Wellness Day for all the women of the greater Miramichi Area.
Join us and discover:
1. how to move toward SELF-CARE SMART GOALS with Marie-Pier Page, HEALTH COACH, LIVE-WELL-BIEN-VIVRE; and,
2. effective ways to manage how much you become affected by stress with Alicia Dean, CMHA.
Again we hope to see you at the Riverside Center, in Douglastown.
Registration Tickets are $ 15 includes lunch. Tickets must be purchased before 4 pm June 6th at the:
