SUMMARY:Miramichi Rotary Community Band
DESCRIPTION:We are primarily looking for new members for the coming year – this includes all brass or reed instruments (ie. flute\, clarinet\, saxophone\, trumpet\, horn\, baritone\, trombone\, tuba\, etc.) and can include bass guitar or drums also\, should be able to read music at least at a beginner level. \nThe above-mentioned brass and reed band has existed in Miramichi since 1995\, and is a continuation of the former CFB Chatham Base Band. Over the years we have played at multiple venues\, with a three year absence due to Covid. Attached are photos of us at Losier Hall. We play for fun and the enjoyment of others. \nWe meet every Tuesday at 7 PM in the MVHS band room. \nAny interested parties can contact me after hours or weekends at 506-624-7777. \n
