Would you like to learn more about the Elf program and how you can help a young reader in your community? \nWe will be at the Newcastle Public Library from 1 to 4 pm on Tuesday\, August 15 and the Chatham Public Library from 11-1pm on Wednesday\, August 16 and we would love to see you and to answer your questions!
